The winner of the Christmas giveaway is Esmeralda Gatsby!
A couple days ago my mom and brother went shopping in downtown Portland...
and brought me home this donut.
It's from Voodoo Donuts, a shop that Portland is famous for, but I've never been to.
It has super bizarre donuts, like maple with bacon on top, but this one is my kinda crazy.
Fruit loops.
Have I mentioned that I LOVE fruit loops??
Well, I do.
And I love my mama and my brother.
The end.
Congrats, Esmerelda ;)
ReplyDeleteWOW!! What a FABULOUS looking donut, girl!!!! I love fruit loops too ;) Oh yeah!!
That's one cool looking donut! Bet it was delicious!
ReplyDeleteI'm pretty sure VDD is taking over the world. Or at least the media because everyone is always talking about it (that may have been a slight hyperbole).
ReplyDeleteThat donut actually does look pretty good. It's funny to me how many things I eat or drink that taste like fruit loops.
Congratulations Esmerelda!
Oh those looks so good! could you send me some!?!
ReplyDeleteOh yay! Thank you Polka Dot!
ReplyDelete...and now I really want to go to voodoo donuts. I love the 'good things come in pink boxes'. :-D
I've only been to Portland once, but never tried their donuts, only heard of them on TV.
ReplyDeleteHaha, a fruit loop donut! That is amazing. I've always wanted to visit Portland.
ReplyDeleteKristine. Or Polly.

My friend got me to try the maple bar with bacon. It was definitely not my favorite, but it wasn't so bad either.
ReplyDeleteThat is one freakish donut !!! {I secretly covet it}. I found your blog from Anna's at {http://anna-sendmeasong.blogspot.com} and fell in love with it.

That is the most awesome donut I have ever seen!
ReplyDeleteMy family has been there. I don't really remember what we got, but we actually weren't that impressed. Oh well, it was an experience I guess. :P
ReplyDeleteYes, I'm talking about the 2003 "Peter Pan" movie. I found your review of it just after I watched it. :) I caught part of it on TV once, and when I saw it at Target a few months ago for $5, I got my mom to get it for me for Christmas. :) I think they did a really good job keeping Peter Pan's personality a lot like it was in the book...I love his, "Oh, the cleverness of me" attitude (after Wendy sews his shadow back on). :) It's a great movie!

Oh my gravy. I lived in Portland for a few years before relocating to Southern Oregon, and VooDoo is a must try for visitors! Do you live there?! Awesomeness.
